Who handles your data

What I receive and why

This site has no forms and sets no cookies. I only get personal data when you write to me: your name, email address and whatever you put in the message, such as your company and the task. I use it to reply, discuss a possible project and, if we agree, to prepare and carry out a contract.

The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and the contract itself (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection), and my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 12(1)(6)). Writing to me is voluntary.

Site statistics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or store anything on your device and doesn't identify individual visitors. Apart from its small Cloudflare script, fonts and all other files load from this site.

Who else processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and forwards email sent to [email protected].
• Google LLC provides the mailbox (Gmail) where those emails arrive.

Both companies are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where that isn't enough on its own, the transfer is necessary to respond to your request (Article 69(1)(2) of the Serbian law).

How long I keep it

If we don't start working together, I delete the correspondence within 12 months of the last message. If we sign a contract, I keep it for the length of the contract and then for as long as Serbian accounting and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected] and I'll answer within 30 days.
